Our organic cotton clothing and educational toys are returnable or exchangeable within 7 days of delivery. Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and kept in their original brand tags and box packaging.

💎 RICHA CREATIONS JEWELRY POLICY:
Due to strict hygiene and health standards, all jewelry pieces (including Korean earrings, studs, and neckwear) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. 

⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO CLAUSE FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Every jewelry shipment is dispatched in a secure, tamper-proof luxury seal package. In the rare event that an item arrives broken or defective due to transit handling, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory to claim a free replacement or refund. 
* The video must be completely continuous, unedited, and show no cuts or pauses.
* The video must clearly show the courier shipping label and the intact outer bag seal before opening.
* Damage claims missing a proper unboxing video or shared after 24 hours of delivery cannot be approved.
